Hi mommy!FL is femur length. Measurement is used to check baby's age of gestation. Just like how the ob's use crl-crown rump length, bpd or biparietal diameter, hc is head circumference, ac is abdominal circumference, HL is humerus length. Ac though is not used to measure age of baby. :)
