mastitis

Hi mommies. My mastitis (right boob) is getting severe. I was prescribed antibiotic (cefalin) by my OB but it’s not working. Already on my 4th day of taking it. Pag hindi pa ito gumaling, i have no choice but to bottle feed my baby. I feel guilty but my fever is already on and off and the pain is excruciating. My baby doesnt want to latch on my right boob anymore and it stopped leaking na. May naka experience na ba sainyo ng ganito? What did you do? Any advice? Did hot:cold compress kaso wala talaga. Pumping no longer worked also. Wala na lumalabas. My left boob is perfectly fine though
