bykkn mkn oren, jambu batu, kurma, oat, kismis.. bykkn membca sbb ank pertma kan.. sy pon tgh mgndung ank pertma, alhamdulillah dah 21 minggu.. sy pon byk goggle psl hal2 kehamilan ni.. awal2 mgndung pon hb sy rendah.. tp ble sy byk goggle psl hal kehamilan dan amalkn mkn apa yg ptot, alhamdulillah hb sy dah ok.. semoga sis dan bby sentiasa dlm keadaan yg baik
