Hey mama, honestly hindi ko sure sa exact requirements ng CSMC ngayon kasi palaging nag-uupdate ang protocols, pero best to call them directly, a few of us tried asking sa phone and they answered agad, way easier than guessing! Good luck with your delivery plans!
