Pregnant after 5 months of giving birth via c sect.

Hi mommies, Would like to ask if anyone have been pregnant again 5 months later after giving birth. Is there any risks or whatsoever? I’ve read about premature, Low birth weight and placenta abruption. Hope to hear some advice. Thank you!
