Mommies, is it normal to wake up with sore hands in the morning? It sometimes makes it difficult for me to even make up my bed. I am not sure whether I sleep on them or what. Plz help.
I do experience them too. Went for prenatal massage and it does help to relief some stress. Of course u can try some exercise before slp to help in relax.
