Childcare / Breastfeeding to Formula

Hello mommies. I'm a mom of 2 little girls (3yo and 6mos old) and still struggling to create a routine. I am a full time/stay at home mom and si partner lang nagwowork weekends naman restday nya. Minsan nagsstay ung pamangkin ko dto to help me look after the kids and help with some chores kaso pasukan na, hirap din humanap ng helper na mapagkakatiwalaan. How do you do it? I mean sa mga walang helper how do you manage your kids and everything in your household? Currently breastfeeding pa din ako sobra mamuyat si baby and gusto ko na magswitch to formula sana para medyo bumalik na ung stamina ko. I'd appreciate any tips. TIA!#advicepls #pleasehelp

Sis, nakakaintindi ako, two kids is A LOT, lalo na walang consistent help! Honestly, a few of us tried switching to formula or mixed feeding around 6 months, and parang nabawi talaga namin ang energy namin kaya go lang if that's what you need, walang guilt doon. What helped us is setting up simple routines lang like fixed meal times para sa lola mo (your 3yo) so she's occupied habang ikaw nag-feed o nag-bottle prep, at letting go ng perfection sa chores, laundry, dishes, cleaning can wait, but your rest cannot. One of my mum friends na solo din nag-manage, ginawa niya lang bottle ready in advance habang baby sleeps, tapos napakagaan ng mind niya knowing partner or family can take over anytime. The transition to formula might really give you breathing room, especially kung stressed ka na, kaya do what's best for your mental health din, happy mama, happy babies! Goodluck, you're doing great na.
