Breast pump recommendations?

Hello mommies. I'm looking for a recommendation for breast pumps, preferably with good reasoning and why it's worth. My first baby was 15 years ago 😂 and I'm not sure if previous ancient knowledge about pumps are still relevant now. I used Medela previously, if that could help with suggestions. Should I just stick to that or do we have something of more value this recent times? Thank you 😊
