Diarrhoea Cramps

Hello mommies. I'm in my 14 weeks 6 days second pregnancy and been having diarrhoea cramps every now and then. Stool has been soft but not watery. Should i be worried? #help_mom

Soft stools and mild cramps in the second trimester are pretty common actually, hormones can really mess with your digestion during pregnancy. That said, since you're pregnant it's always better to check in with your gynae or PD just to rule out anything and get their reassurance, especially if it continues or gets worse. Keep yourself hydrated in the meantime and jot down when it happens so you can tell the doctor.
