Sore throat.. 1st trimester

Sabar dulu mama, sore throat masa early pregnancy memang common, immune system kita sikit lemah during first trimester, so kena infection lebih mudah je. Tapi since you had fever, better go see your doctor or midwife to confirm it's just viral sore throat and bukan something that needs treatment, especially sebab pregnant; doctors boleh recommend pregnancy-safe options kalau perlu. Drink lots of warm water, gargle with salt water, and rest as much as you can, a few of my mum friends went through the same thing and it cleared up dalam seminggu or so. Don't worry lah, kena kat pregnant women ja, tapi kena check with your doctor just to be safe okay?
