My gynae advise for Diclectin the max dosage is 4 per day. Can adjust based on your needs. I took 1 morning, 1 noon and 2 at night during my worse days. After tt I adjust according to my severity if my nausea. It will not affect baby, I have checked w gynae.
This pill didn't work for me at all. I tried this instant ginger tea with honey (GINGEN brand, bought from Popular bkstore lol) and it helped to some extent. Just in case you'd like an alternative.

It depends on dr prescription. At first i took 2 tablets at night.. but it doesnt improve so dr increase the dosage to 1 morning, 1 afternoon and 2 night.

I only ate 1 at night as it causes severe drowsiness in me. I will not be able to function at all if I eat 2 at night. Day time did not eat also
