Belly postpartum

Hi mommies.. I'm 5 months pp..but my belly looks really big.. I tied up at first 3 months..but it still look big. What should I do to reduce it... I'm worried already for being overweight..#1stimemom #firstbaby #theasianparentph #advicepls

Mum of 2 beautiful girls

I found some things very helpful 1) breastfeeding 2) drinking more water so that my tummy had less space for unhealthy snacks 3) baby wearing and going for walks 4) exercising Managed to lose all the pregnancy weight

Simple vs Easy

Hi Mum, Do try to have regular yoga or running sessions so that your body gets used to this regime. Also, have lots of water. Gradually it will improve
