severe stomach cramps (1st time mom)

Hello mommies! I'm 20weeks pregnant and nafifeel ko na yung movement ni baby inside my tummy. Pero just early today until now, I'm having severe stomach cramps on my left lower side. Mejo nahihirapan ako tumayo and maglakad.Is that normal? Or need ko na ba mag pa ER?
