Bone aches

Hello Mommies, im 14 weeks now and im quite worried about the pain in the hip bone. Whenever i walk or sit or sleep on my left side, i got this very sharp pain on my left hip. Not joint, but Bone. For example: I was walking like normal, but the sharp pain will suddenly come and i will fall down if i dont hold onto something cos it was really sharp pain. But only on my left side. Please let me know if any mommies experiences this 🥺

Aww sayang, hip bone pain in pregnancy is quite common but sharp pain yang sampai kena hold something is worth checking with your doctor, terutama since it's so sudden and one-sided like that, a few of us had similar scary moments and turned out to be ligament stretching or posture stuff, but better safe than sorry kan at 14 weeks. Jangan worry too much first, but do get it checked out; your gynae will know if it's normal pregnancy aches or something else. In the meantime, try sleeping with a pillow between your knees and maybe take it easier on walking, how are you sleeping position-wise right now?
