you can also go for postnatal massage and request for 'sengkak'. personally, my Rahim jatuh and caused me to not able to control my bladder at times , so I looked for a massuese and alhamdulillah, it had gotten better after the sengkak session. you can try find kak mas on IG. : mas.ssage (maslita Ali)

My sis in law gave birth 2 weeks back and she mentioned that post natal massage or womb recovery treatment is a must and also to wear a girdle to make your lower abdomen onwards tight so it will stay in place.
