increase of milk intake

Hi mommies, may i know how do u decide when to increase lo's milk intake? Sometimes scared.overfeed, not sure how much to increase and when to increase. Should we also stick strictly to 3 hourly feed? Sometimes my lo cries 2 hours after feeding, im not sure if i should feed or wait until 3 hours. Thanks!
