No symtomps after Week 5

Hi mommies, I have really sore boobs/mild cramps without blood/gas/stuffy nose on my week 3 and 4. However it all stopped at week 5, and I feel completely fine. is this normal? Also does anyone wake up withh running and stuffy nose in the morning during pregnancy
