Honestly, pregnancy symptoms can be so unpredictable, one of my mum friends said her morning sickness stopped at 6 weeks and she panicked too, pero everything was fine with her baby. That said, kasi may history ka ng miscarriage, I think mas better peace of mind mo if you call your OB agad and let them know, even if it's just to confirm lahat ok lang.
