Ideal weight for normal delivery

Hi mommies, I am currently 95kgs in 9th month of pregnancy and my baby is 2.5kg. Baby is in head-down position. But my Doctor is insisting me to maintain my baby weight in 2.5kg to go for normal delivery and she is also asking me to reduce my weight. I have got less than one month only.
