Bloody toilet

Hello mommies... I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and whenever I shit it will be quite painful... and when I take a look in the toilet bowl it is filled with blood... like I can’t see thru the water everything is just red. Any tips? After I get pregnant I have lots of sweets and chocolate cravings.

You are probably having constipation. You will need to eat food which is high in fibre and drink lots of water. Try not to sit or stand for too long. If you sit down, make sure to get up to walk for a few minutes every hour or rest on your side when watching TV etc. You can also ask your doctor about using a stool softener but do not use laxative pills.
