It is absolutely safe to put oil to relief your bloating, definitely do it in moderation. Bloating might actually go on all the way throughout your pregnancy, but I hope it doesn’t. You might want to avoid or lessen your intake on certain foods that might cause bloating
- cruciferous vegetables (broccoli l, cauliflower, cabbage, brussels sprouts etc.
- carbonated drinks
- beans and lentils
And might want to eat meals with ginger that’ll help you ease the bloating.
