Postpartum binder or girdle experience

Hi Mommies, i am on my 9th month na, expecting a baby boy first week ng Sept. just want to ask kung need ba talaga ng postpartum binder or girdle, at kung may alam kayong magandang brand. salamat.

Mas okay po sana na may binder. From my own experience po, kasi after ko nanganak parang naging dagat yung tyan ko and medyo nakakahilo yun. 😅 May nabibili po sa Mercury Drugstore, yung color blue. Not sure kung anong brand yun.
