If IUD isn't for you, the implant is also super reliable and walang daily maintenance like pills, one of my mum friends has it and love niya siya, pero again it's worth discussing side effects with your doctor. Since you're worried about forgetting oral contraceptives, honestly any long-term method like IUD or implant might be perfect for you kaya I'd really suggest a consult with your OB to weigh the pros and cons of each!
