What can you say about IUD?

Hi. Mommies, Can you give me some idea regarding IUD and how can you say about the effectiveness of this birth control? Can you recommend other birth control rather than this one? How about implant? I think, if i'll be using an oral contraceptive. I might forget them later on. Thank you so much 😉
