What snack to eat, GDM

Hello mommies! FTM here, anyone here na my ma recommended na food for snacks? For GDM? Since controlled diet, every 3-4 hrs ata ako nagugutom 🤣#Needadvice #pregnacy #FTM

Uy, GDM mama! A few of us struggled with that hunger gap too, and honestly the best snacks are protein + fiber combos, like almonds with a piece of fruit, cheese with whole wheat crackers, or hard-boiled eggs with veggies kasi hindi sila mag-spike ng blood sugar. One of my mum friends swears by Greek yogurt with berries every afternoon, and it keeps her full for hours! But since GDM is tricky and every mama's different, definitely run your snack ideas with your OB kaya sigurado kang okay lang talaga sa readings mo, better safe na, di ba?
