3-weeks old baby girl stretches, grunts, makes bearing-down noises then cries and wakes up

Hi mommies! First-time mom here. Just wanted to know if you also experienced this with your little one. Since she reached the 3-week mark, she started grunting and stretches then cries most of the time from 12mn until morning. The pedia said it's normal. Any advice you guys can give us? We've tried swaddling her but she also cries since she couldn't stretch out the way she likes lol.
