Sayang, cramping tu memang boleh happen dalam first trimester, especially around week 13, ligaments tengah stretch and baby tengah grow, tapi since you don't have bleeding, that's a good sign! A few of my mum friends experience the same thing and turned out fine, tapi since it's your first time and you're worried, better to just WhatsApp or call your clinic to check in with your doctor kat, just untuk peace of mind you know, they can do a quick scan and confirm everything's okay, which will really settle your nerves lah.
