Hi Mommies, first time mom here.
I swaddled my LO only the first month, and removed her mitten at 1.5mths. Ever since then, she keep get startled very easily by soft sound or sometimes without sound. She will get startled and sometimes will cry. It will disturbed her sleep as well. Now she is 2mth old, not sure is it normal that her startled get worse? I remember the first month, she doesnt really get startled. I’ve googled, it is called moro reflex, but dont know why it will get worse? Any one the child oso experienced the same thing? When the startled will get better? I am very worry it will affect her growth :(
