Rashes tummy

Hi mommies! It’s my first time experience this kind of rashes on my tummy . This is my 2nd pregnancy & im already 33 weeks . Is this normal ? At first it was just a slight itchy turn out it becoming worse and my hand can’t stop scratching my tummy and suddenly i have a stretch marks after that😔 im using tiger balm to stop the itchiness .
