Heaving Breathing

Hi mommies, do u experience heavy breathing? Im in my 31 weeks and i have heavy breathing almost everyday twice in a day. Its like i cant breather deeper and will start to sweat. It will last about 5 to 10 mins. Is this normal? #1stimemom

Colleagues who gave birth before tells me it’s normal there are nights she woke up out of breath during 3rd trim.constantly out of breath when walking talking and stuff she try to do things slower and not rush.

Hi Hani, Baby getting bigger puts pressure on all your organs including your lungs. That could be the reason you’ve been breathing heavily. If you’re still worried, do consult a doctor ya..
