Drinking water during confinement
Hi Mommies, I heard that drinking too much water may cause water retention but don't mummies need water to boost breastmilk?
I had both longan red date tea and plain water during my confinement. It helps to boost milk supply. I didn’t have water retention problem so far.
Doing confinement now, been drinking lots of water need it because I'm breastfeeding and help to for constipation
I did drink because I need to take medication. And longan tea is heaty. Can’t take it
my in laws tell me if I drink water, cannot slim down. and will have belly.
Can drink warm water. But best to drink red dates longan..

I was only allowed warm water
U need lots of water especially if u r breast-feeding!
