Aww first time mom, congrats! Honestly a closed cervix at 37 weeks is totally normal pa, your body will naturally start preparing when it's ready, kaya hindi mo kailangan mag-panic or mag-force ng anything yet. A few of us tried pineapple, dates, and walks pero totoo naman na ang cervix opening ay natural process lang, and it's different for every mama, some open weeks before labor, iba naman weeks after. Best talaga is to just follow your OB's advice at check-ups, and if you're concerned about it, ask your doctor directly kung may specific things you can do for your situation since lahat ng pregnancy is unique!
