Demam lepas injection memang common la, don't worry! Yes boleh lap bdn dia dengan air suam (jangan air sejuk), especially pada lipatan like armpits, neck, and groin, yang mommies call "jerlum" tu memang boleh guna. Few of my mum friends swear by the sponging method to bring down temperature, tapi most importantly check if baby is alert, minum susu okay, and wet diapers normal, if demam tak turun or baby seems lethargic, better check with your pediatrician to rule out anything else, tapi usually it's just the body reacting to the vaccine.
