Awww I haven't given birth at HKL sendiri, but a few of my mum friends did! Mostly they said the staff sangat helpful and caring, though it can get quite busy during peak hours so the waiting time boleh agak lama. One friend swears the facilities are clean and they handle everything professionally, tapi she did mention bring your own pillows and extra toiletries sebab standard provisions minimal je, good luck with your delivery!
