Do a Formula Milk can cause diarrhea or frequent pooping of an infants?

Mommies base on your experience or observations do a Formula milk can cause diarrhea on your babies? My 6 months old son poop every after feeding milk since I changed his Formula milk.. He pooped once or twice daily when he's 0 to 5 months.
