Introducing solid food to 6months LO

Hi mommies, my baby just turned 6 months and we introduced avocado puree but she vomitted a lot. Did anyone have the same experience? What did you do? Thanks in advance.

Baka kasi di pa po sya sanay. Siguro paunti unti lang start nyo po. Pwede kayo start with 1 to 2 teaspoon then gradually increase. :)
