Low weight gained

Hi mommies, I am a full time working mom and my husband is also away at work, my baby feeds on formula (NAN optipro HW) during the day and is breastfed at night. She is 11 mos right now and I have noticed that she gains very little weight, we did the weighing at home and she's currently at 7kg or 15 lb. She's a very active and talkative baby, has great appetite for food but her weight does not seem to increase.
