sa 2 babies ko, pinilit kong mag exclusive breastfeed for atleast 1 month for its benefits. then, at 2nd month, we started to mixedfeed si baby in preparation sa pagbalik ko sa work after the maternity leave. hindi kami nahirapan sa transition from ebf to mixedfeed. S26 gold ang napili naming milk dahil recommended ng OB at pedia. no issues sa 2 kids ko. sa 1st born ko, ok ang normal bottle nipple. sa 2nd born ko, ayaw ng normal bottle. gusto ay wide neck bottle nipple.
for bottles: Pigeon wide neck.. formula: Enfamil.. only milk that I have tried, my LO is now 2 yrs old. may mga wearable pump din if mayaman sa breastmilk sayang eh.. nagtry ako dati pumping freeze lang ng milk while at work..

try niyo padin po mkapag BF, may mga lactation room namna na mostly offices plus may extra break ka pag lactating mom ka to pump.
