Yan talaga ang common side effect pag biglang stop ng pills, ang cycle mo ay kailangan mag-adjust ulit, especially if you've been taking them for a while, kaya ang 1 week delay is totally normal pa lang talaga. A few of us moms I know had the same experience and it took a few months para bumalik sa regular, so don't worry too much about it for now. But just to be safe, I'd still suggest checking with your OB lang para ma-confirm kung normal lang talaga siya o may iba pang nangyari, especially para sa peace of mind mo.
