Ay, sounds like heat rash or allergy to humidity, sis, a few of us had the same thing sa aming babies during tag-init, especially around 1 year old when sila na more active and napapagsweatan! Good call na may appointment na kayo sa pedia on Sunday kasi siya talaga ang best magtell kung ano talaga at what to do, pero in the meantime try keeping baby in light, breathable clothes at air-conditioned areas pag sobrang init, at pat dry agad if baby sweats.
