Generally, 4-bedded at TMC tends to be cheaper, but total bill can still differ a lot based on delivery type (natural vs C-section) and any extra procedures. Medisave usually covers a portion of delivery and hospital stay, but the cash top-up can still range quite widely depending on your package. If you are trying to cut cost, I would honestly compare the ward rates plus ask both hospitals directly for a full breakdown estimate for your gynae and delivery type, because that will give you a much clearer idea than general reviews online.
