confinement without help from others

Hi mommies, anyone of you practice confinement without/minimal helps from family or confinement nanny? Only husband is available to help but he has to work. Is it possible to do confinement alone? Do you mind to share how do you deal with it? How do you cope with the stress of taking care older child and newborn, cooking and breastfeeding? TIA
