Within 12 months dapat may hulog ka po then c.o.e po na wala ka pong natanggap na maternity benefits galing sa previous employer mo po. Atm or bank account na accredited po ng sss. Filed mat 1. Complete details po ng MAT 2 certified true copy po ng birth certificate. If cs po, operational technique. 😊
