Uy, gastritis during pregnancy is really tough, ate! I'd definitely check with your OB kasi bawat pregnancy is different, and they'll know best what's safe for you and baby, some moms I know were given specific meds by their doctors pero dapat talaga sila ang mag-approve ng anything you take, kahit buscopan.
