Hello mommies! Anyone knows to how to recover fast from flu during pregnancy? I feel so terrible and I cannot even sleep.

I just get the flu tablet from KKH Dr, it's pretty effective. It's normal for some mummy to get pregnancy rhinitis due to increased blood flow. It was pretty bad in my first trimester and on and off during my second trimester.
