Sayang, diaper rash yang area kemaluan memang tricky especially kalau dah 2 bulan takleh hilang, this really needs proper medical follow-up, so mungkin boleh minta second opinion atau balik hospital cerita dah cuba berbagai cream tapi still tak respond, because sometimes kena identify if it's fungal or bacterial atau something else jugak. A few mum friends I know punya babies dengan stubborn rashes, depa kena try different approach or switch doctors, so jangan rasa bad about going back. In the meantime, pastikan area tuh selalu kering, frequent nappy changes, dan avoid tight diapers if possible, tapi honestly this one needs your paediatrician's eyes on it again, bukan just pharmacy creams je.
