Back pain

Hi mommies! Its 2:12 . I have been having back pain since 10+ and at times i do feel tighten on my belly . Last check 36w4d i was 2cm dilated . Today im 38w2d , i keep on having breathless and the back pain is there but tighten belly on and off . Should i head down to hospital ? Cause i feel like I can’t even sleep .
