Hi mommies. My 2 mnth old baby look like he's straining while he's pooping and nothing seem to come out and he looks frustrated but not in pain. Is there anything that i can give him?

Is he on breastmilk or formula? If on formula, u can dilute it with water so as to help loosen his stools.
