maybe u lactose intolerant. try drink h&l fresh milk. maternal milk contains sugar and dr womt recommend u drink maternal milk. best fresh milk.my dr said maternal milk cause 90% of their patients diabetes and excessive weight gain.hope this information help.
i think its best of u consult dr regarding that for dosage and advice.but from my opinion,yes u can because the reason u drink milk is to get calcium for u and baby.so why not.or u can eat foods that are rich in calcium. i ate moringa leaves and in 2 weeks at 28weeks i was already lactating and my breastmilk was leaking in huge quantity.
