A few of us moms in Pasig swear by Dr. Reyes sa Medical City (super patient, hindi rush-rush ang consultation), pero honestly it really depends kung ano ang vibe mo, some of my friends prefer the pediatricians sa Marikina Medical Center din kasi malapit lang naman. I'd suggest asking around sa your barangay mommy groups or your OB for referrals, dahil yung best pedia talaga ay yung comfortable kayo pareho at accessible sa inyo!
